Cabert was established in 1960 in Bertiolo, Italy, the farming village located in the middle of the 'Friuli Grave' plain, the natural habitat of the 'beautiful vineyards', now one of the most renowned grape-growing zones of Controlled Origin Denomination. The Cabert philosophy is to mind every phase, “from pruning to wine tasting”, relying on expert technicians and oenologists to guarantee the wine obtained from the perfect grapes that are exclusive to the Cabert vineyards. It is an authentic guarantee of high tradition.
Wine pressing and removal of the grape stalks with automatic wine-making vessels for the fermentation which is activated by selected yeasts, soaking for about 8 days in controlled temperatures. Ageing in stainless steel tanks. Serving temperature 18°C.
