Tasting Note

Famous for their Cabernet-based wines from grapes grown on the steepest slopes in Pauillac, this is a particularly mineral expression of the left bank. A wine that benefits from decanting and after some breathing space, offers beautiful aromas of graphite, pencil led, black truffle and cassis, cassis and a little more cassis. The tannins in the wine will make it a beautiful accompaniment to grilled steak and game.
