Fresh and crispy with a nice lingering finish. Characteristic nose of white flowers together with aromas of white fruits.

Golden colour with light green glints. The Mediterranean climate and the vinification methods allowed to obtain a fruity and elegant wine. The wine comes from the vineyards of the old village of Puichéric, 20km East of Carcassonne, in the Aude department, on chalky clay soils.

Tasting Note

Chardonnay produces a richer style of white wine. Dry with a creamy texture and flavours of yellow apple, peach and lemon. This is a fresher style of Chardonnay that has not been oak aged.
