Bubbles: rightly evanescent, with a fine and persistent perlage. Pale straw yellow colour with greenish highlights. Intense, fruity aroma with a rich scent of apple, lemon and grapefruit. It has pronounced aroma of wisteria in bloom and acacia flowers. It has a pleasantly acidic, fresh flavour. Full-bodied, it has a pleasant and harmonious taste characteristic. Excellent for aperitif as well as commendable choice for any important occasion.

Masottina wines have their roots in the 280 hectares of vineyards acquired over the years by the family. Vine growing is the result of synergies between a constantly forward-looking approach and attention to origins, united by a common theme that enhances the different terroirs. These are the factors that inspire the entire vinification process, through to the final selection, to create well-balanced wines, sealed with the names of the locations they represent the most.

Type of terrain: Hilly and flat of morainic origin. Fermentation: Primary fermentation takes place in steel vats at controlled temperature on selected yeasts. Prise de Mousse: at low-temperature in tanks.
