Mistinguett Cava Rose 750ml

Soft and fresh, with creamy fruity flavours.

Mistinguett Cava Rosé has pale cherry red tones and fine bubbles. It has delicate aromas of red fruit (strawberry and raspberry) with floral and citrus notes (grapefruit). On the palate it has a smooth entry which highlights the refreshing flavours found in the nose combined with the creaminess of red fruits. It has a good balance and a nice finish, long and flavourful. Bubbles are very thin and elegant. Serve at 5-6°C.

Manual and mechanical harvest. First fermentation in stainless steel thermo-regulated vats at a temperature of 16°C. Second fermentation in bottle using traditional method. Ageing average period of 12 months in bottle.

Tasting Note

This fresh and vibrant Cava rosé reveals cranberry, raspberry and redcurrant notes, leading to a palate of pink grapefruit, lemon and orange peel.
