The palate is full and flavoursome with passionfruit, sugar snap peas and lasting mineral acidity lingering on the palate.

This wine has a pale straw colour. The nose is expressive and bright with melon, lime and basil leaf. Everybody's favourite Sauvignon Blanc; sunshine in a glass from sunny Nelson which is gorgeously flavoursome, juicy and lively.

Seifried, pioneering family winegrowers from Nelson, New Zealand. All aspects of production from propagation, planting, viticulture, harvest, winemaking, bottling, warehousing and dispatch are all done on site under the watchful eye of the Seifried family. Seifried was the first Nelson winery accredited with sustainable winegrowing.

In the vineyard, leaves were removed from around the fruiting zone to allow light penetration and air movement around the ripening bunches. Parcels of fruit were picked when flavours, sugars and grape acids were nicely in balance, giving fruit with intensely varietal flavours and a fresh, lasting acidity.
