A boutique style of wine produced by a cooperative of growers, Pannier's Brut Champagne is incredibly complex due to extended lees ageing. Expect layer upon layer of aromas offering citrus and red berry fruit accompanied by dried tropical fruit, brioche, croissant, batched bread and gingernut. The region's unmistable chalkiness is expressed on the finish.
