Visual: Hay yellow with green tinges and fine crown-forming bubbles. On the nose: Varietal aromas with notes of citrus, apple and stone fruit. On the palate: Delicious and well balanced, with a notable freshness harmonising the acidity well with the residual sugar and bubbles. Recommended serving temperature: 8-10°C. Alcohol: 10%.

A young, modern and dynamic winery formed by a multidisciplinary team willing to give the best of itself to offer the best product. The winery, based in the northwest of Spain, is half-buried on the hill, with the aim of combining aesthetic and technical purposes and achieving a good temperature inside the different warehouses.
