Rialto Prosecco Glera has straw yellow colour, with a fine perlage. Flavours are sweet, aromatic and lingering. Perfect as an apéritif.

Cooperative Cantina Colli Euganei brings together about 680 winemakers, spread out over the protected area of the Euganean Hills Nature Reserve. Throughout every stage of winemaking, the cooperative is a point of reference for its members, offering wine consulting services and technical assistance-training for winemakers. Cantina Colli Euganei is the largest wine producer in the local area, harvesting 7 million kilos of grapes, producing 5 million litres of wine and distributing 2 million bottles.

Grapes are harvested in September. Traditional vinification. The presence of marine fossils in the Euganean hills area reveals their origin: an archipelago of volcanic islands that emerged 130 million years ago. Striking reliefs separated by cool valleys, ideal exposure to the sun and alluvial deposits mixed with fragmented volcanic rocks give the grapes their many characteristic qualities. These special features make mild and fruity white wines, sometimes aromatic and with intense flavours that make them fragrant and elegant.
