Within the region of Sancerre, the hill of Chavignol is celebrated for its high proportion of Kimmeridgian clay and limestone chalk, resulting in some of the finest expressions of Sauvginon Blanc. This delightful and aromatic white wine offers intense aromas of lemon zest, granny smith apple juice, gooseberry, blackcurrant leaf and seasalt. Charateristically mouthwatering and laden with mineral notes on the palate alongside lifted citrus aromas and a long, salty finish.
