Stunning structure and balance in acidity. Albariño contributes to the blend with its fruity aromas and volume on the palate. Loureiro provides good floral aromatic intensity and Caifio adds aromas of tropical fruit, balsamic notes and - most importantly - good structure, personality, and uniqueness.
This is a wine of great aromatic and taste complexity, where the clean aromas of ripe peach, pineapple and orange peel blend with delicate mineral and earthy notes of laurel leaf and mint. The first impression on the palate is that of a wine of great character, which is full, but at the same time fresh and young, reflecting its powerful structure in a noticeable unctuousness and volume. It is creamy, with mineral touches which, toget her with its fresh, smooth acidity, offers a pleasant, intense wine with a long finish. It is not necessary to decant this wine. No ageing recommended. Best when served at 10°C to 12°C.
