Vallformosa 0.0% Alcohol Cava has a soft citrus colour that helps to highlight its clarity. Its initial aroma smells of white fruit, such as ripe pear or apple that then evolve to banana-like aromas and finish with more tropical and exotic aromas such as pineapple or mango. It is smooth and pleasant, with good structure on the palate, and finishes with tropical aromas, leaving a delicate and long-lasting aftertaste. Ideal to be served alone, as a mid-morning or mid-afternoon drink. Serve between 7 and 8°C.
